Frank Obringer is a real estate coach, mentor, and brokerage leader with over 32 years of proven success in residential real estate. Ranked in the Top 3% of REALTORS® nationally, Frank launched his career with achievements such as Rookie of the Year and a personal production record of 62 closed units in one year.

Frank has served in multiple leadership roles within Coldwell Banker Realty, including Team Lead, Manager, Managing Broker, Regional Vice President, and now Coach | Mentor | Manager of the Frisco and Plano Offices, where he recruits, coaches, and empowers high-performing agents across North Texas. Through it all, he remains a pioneer in technology-driven real estate, integrating digital tools, data-driven marketing, and cutting-edge platforms to help agents grow. His leadership focuses on faith-based values, modern real estate coaching, accountability, culture building, and business growth strategies that help agents scale their production.

In 2020, Frank rebranded as Real Estate Coach Frank, equipping agents to grow their business through a biblical, client-first approach that emphasizes service, integrity, and market expertise. Before real estate, Frank spent 10 years as a regional sales manager overseeing multi-state sales teams across the Northeast. This foundation in leadership, sales strategy, and team development fuels his approach to coaching new and seasoned agents.

When he’s not coaching or growing the Frisco and Plano offices, Frank enjoys golfing, kayaking, and biking near his home in The Tribute resort community on Lake Lewisville. He loves creating memories with his wife, Karen, their children, and grandchildren.
